Since 1982 our mission has been to provide care and health services at home to help the elderly and disabled maintain their independence with dignity. We provide free evaluation, and tailor the care to the needs of the individual and his/her family.

Our care providers include Pysician, Registered and Vocational Nurses, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, Medical Social Workers, Registered Dieticians, Chaplain and Certified Nurse Assistants. All are experienced, compassionate, and attentive. Our care professionals are thoroughly tested and screened. Our service area includes the Greater Maricopa County area.

Many medical conditions can now be treated safely and effectively in the home. Home health care is provided under the supervision and direction of the patient's physician. Services offered by Sunrise include: 

Skilled Nursing Care including ostomy care, catheter care, wound care, infusion therapy, nutrition therapy such as TPN, pain management, diabetic teaching and monitoring.

Rehabilitation Therapies including; Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy, and Medical Social Services.

Oxygen Therapy including oxygen, nebulizers, CPAP, and BiPAP

Home Medical Equipment and Supplies including wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds, bathroom safety equipment, custom equipment, wound care supplies, IV catheters, and nutritional supplements.  

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, HMO’s, PPO’s most insurances, and workers compensation. Sunrise will verify the coverage for each patient as well as fill out and submit all necessary forms for insurance billing. We do all the paperwork, allowing patients to focus on recuperation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover for non covered services.
